Quotation & Design Concepts
Depending on project size and complexities, we will have a quotation and design concept back to you within 10 day business days. We will be in contact throughout this stage if we have any questions.
Design & Planning
Once you have approved your quote and ready to contract us, we will start the formal design drawings and planning process.

How do I book in for phone consultation and quotation?
Complete an online form and provide your details and our team will be on contact to start discuss your project.
How soon after the initial phone consultation can a onsite measure and quote be scheduled?
After the initial phone consultation our team will look to book in a date and time with you straight away if they will be in your area soon. Depending on your location and our current scheduling, they may need to book in a later date for an onsite meeting.
I am doing initial research and looking for a price guide. Can I still request a quote?
Yes we are happy to give price guides. We ask that you send through specific details such as photos of the space and measurements along with any inspiration photos to give us an idea of what you are looking to build. We can then give a price range as an indicative price guide. You can then contact us for a onsite meeting for a formal quotation when you are ready.
Is there a cost to obtaining a quotation?
No there is no cost for quotations.
Will I receive design drawings with the quotation?
We provide design concepts with all quotations which can be in written form or simple design sketches. These are conceptual only for the purpose understanding the proposed design concept to match the quotation. If you choose to proceed with a project with us, we provide formal drawings as part of the planning process.
Will I need Council approval?
Depending on the project, your location and the type of build, you may or may not need Council approval. Our team can discuss this with you during the quotation process.
How soon can you build my project?
Timing will vary depending on your project size and our current construction pipeline at the time of your quotation request. Your project will only be added to our pipeline once your contract is signed and initial payment made. Our team will keep you updated each step of the way regarding timing.

Suncoast Enclosures began in Sydney in 1983 with a vision of creating better outdoor living spaces for our customers . Our first project was a screened deck enclosure that backed on to a bush reserve in the northern beaches in Sydney - now some 43 years on we have operations in Sydney and South East Queensland and are specialist builders in architectural glass and screen.
Our expanded design and construct product range meets the wider requirements of architects, builders and household customers providing modern bespoke designed enclosures, sunrooms, conservatories, pool enclosures and glass roofs.
